Vincent faces a battery of serious charges, including assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, making criminal threats, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. The events commenced at 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday, when Westminster police officers were summoned to aid the LAPD in apprehending the suspect, as detailed by Commander Andy Stowers of the WPD. Vincent was reportedly observed running into an occupied building, carrying a bag. Given the information that he was believed to be armed and dangerous, law enforcement swiftly established a secure perimeter around the vicinity.
